It started when we were 10 years old on Princess Street. Nicole was a great friend to anyone who was her friend. I will never forget her heart of compassion she had toward those who did not fit society's definition of normal. Nicole and I had many years of friendship, and Nicole's love for her friends and family was profound. I will never forget Nicole and all she did for me growing up. To Jackie, Jack, and the family, Nicole loved you so much. I will miss you, Nicole!
