Obituary of Bessie Janet Ramona O'Donnell
It is with great sadness that the family of Bessie J O’Donnell announce her passing on March 25, 2023, at Passamaquoddy Lodge, St Andrews, NB.
Bessie was the daughter of the later Charles & Alice (Horsman) Brydges of Pointe du Chene, NB. Bessie was employed by Zellers for 40+ years, her last position working as a personnel manager.
Bessie leaves behind, daughter Sharon Landry (Leonard) of Saint John, son Barry O’Donnell (Karine) of Saint John, daughter Janet Little (Malcolm) of Berwick, grand-daughter Michelle Lockhart (Donald) of Saint John, grandson Matthew Little (Diane) of Oromocto, grand-daughter Katelyn Landry (Philip) of Saint John, grandson Jeremy Doucette of Saint John, grandson Corey O’Donnell of Saint John, grandson Brandon O’Donnell (Stephanie) of Saint John, grand-daughter Cynthia Fairweather of Saint John, grandson Mackenzie Fairweather (Kristen) of Saint John. As well as 13 great-grandchildren & 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Bessie was predeceased by her husband Russell Hutchinson (Hutch) O’Donnell & daughter Angela Fairweather.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). With visitation on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will take place from the Brenan’s Chapel on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, beginning at 10:00 AM. Donations in memory of Bessie may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
