Obituary of Jerry Arthur Crabbe
It is with great sadness that the family of Jerry Arthur Crabbe announces his passing which occurred on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB on April 6, 1976, he was a son of Martha (Whelpley) Crabbe.
Jerry was loved by all who knew him, he loved to socialize, his wheelbarrow, stacking firewood, and enjoyed working on his trail. Jerry’s favourite pastime was playing cars, sipping tea and listening to music with his brother, Joel.
Jerry will be greatly missed by his mother, Martha; twin brother, Joel; sister, Tammy; nieces, Taylor, Lily; nephew, Carson; aunts, Mary and Laura; as well as many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Le, Dr. O’Brien, Dr. Mackin, and to all the nurses and staff of 3BN at the Saint John Regional Hospital for the excellent care they gave to Jerry.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). A Funeral Service will take place from Westfield United Church on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, beginning at 2:00 PM with a reception to follow. Interment will take place in Harding’s Point Cemetery. Donations in memory of Jerry may be made to Summerville United Church or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
