Obituary of Murphie Edith Jean (Baby) Creaser

It is with profound sadness that the family of Baby Murphie Edith Jean Creaser announces her passing which occurred on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at the IWK. Born March 31, 2023, she was the daughter of Brittany Creaser.

Baby Murphie will be greatly missed by her mother, Brittany Creaser; her big brother, Liam MacDonald; grandmother, Andrea Duffield (Duane Kressler); great-great-grandmother, Jean Gray; uncles, Evan and Forrest Tobias; aunts, Courtni Crawford and Danielle Tobias; great aunt, Rebecca Sproul; great uncle, Walter Gray; as well as several cousins. She was predeceased by her great-great-grandmother, Edith Creaser.

The family would like to give a special thanks to the nurses and staff of the PICU Unit at the IWK Woman’s Building.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, in The Brenan’s Chapel at 2:00 PM. Donations in memory of Baby Murphie may be made to The IWK.
