Obituary of Stephen Brian McIllwraith
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved brother Stephen McIllwraith on June 27, 2023, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on March 29, 1967, in Middleton, Nova Scotia to his mother Barbara McIllwraith (nee Babineau) and his father Ronald McIllwraith.
Steve will be profoundly missed by his sister Kim St. Pierre (Paul), his brothers Ron McIllwraith (Dorothy), and Jon McIllwraith (Serena), his nieces and nephews Michael, Ashley, Matthew, Danielle, Kaitlyn, Jessica, James, Kristen, Tristan, Rebecca, and Emma, his great-nieces and great-nephews Grace, Sophie, Eva-Lynn, Isabelle, Amelia, Isabelle, Hayden, and Mitchell, his furry friend Rufus the dog, and his many extended family members and friends.
Arrangements are entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). Visitation will take place on Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm with a Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 pm in the Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will be held at a later date.
For those who wish, donations in memory of Steve may be made to the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue, or Canadian Cancer Society. Online condolences may be shared at www.brenansfh.com.
