I've been acquainted with Art since I was in elementary school; the summer cottage he enjoyed so much was in the Parish of Kingston where my father was the priest in the 1960s. We would visit him and the family there. I learned from Art and family that there are different ways of being a Christian than how my family did it, a very useful thing to be aware of. My condolences to all the family, especially Cam, Kathy and Margie. We haven't seen much of each other during our adult lives, but I have good memories of our times together as children.

It was a privilege to serve and share ministry with Art in the Diocese of Fredericton. I met Art when he was Rector at St. John's, Nash. Fredericton. An interesting guy, a faithful priest, and a faithful servant of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We give thanks today for Art's life and witness, and commend him into God's care and keeping. Craig and I thoroughly enjoyed Art’s sermons, hosting the men’s group from time to time, as well as any visits we shared over the years. If you ever got a hug from Art Gregg, you knew you were being hugged! He was generous with his time and his talents. Rest in Peace Art. You will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss, I liked Arthur very much . When he was made archdeacon my partners and I gifted him with a salmon fishing rod,needless to say Arthur was very surprised and with in an hour, Arthur gifted me with a salmon fly called the undertaker!!
