His sister Anne informed me of his passing. I always so enjoyed visiting him. And his wife Pete. I once spent and evening stuffing envelopes for Pete as a USA citizen. He loved my left handled deer rifle. My mother helped potty train him. I remember his father Uncle Don and mother Aunt Mame. I hope he passed as his father did. Don sat in his favorite chair in Dutch Valley. And quietly passed. 1967

Mr. Oxley was the epitome of a true gentleman and an amazing neighbor and friend to the entire Boyle family. I had the privilege of spending countless days at his home during my youth; he always had creative ways of offering thoughtful words of wisdom! Together, Mr. Oxley and his lovely wife raised three incredible human beings. John, Peter, and Jill: your father lived a long, adventurous and prosperous life in so many ways.
The Boyle fam extends our deepest condolences to the entire Oxley family.

So sad to hear this news - thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. Dave and my Dad worked together and we had been onsite at JDI property when I worked there in the 80’s. We have property beside Dave in Hidden Valley. He was a great man and will be missed.

Pete and family - I was shocked to read of David's passing. We were born on the same day a few years apart. I grew up on the farm beside David's house and eventually moved into it with Mum and Dad. He used to visit every once in awhile and it is strange, but I was just thinking about him and thought maybe I should call. I guess we should never let these things pass without doing something about them. I will miss him as you all will. May your memories help you through this difficult time.
