We were so sorry to hear of Dianne's passing. Dianne was an incredible volunteer every year when we held the Ten Thousand Villages Sale. She worked many shifts and could always be counted on to lend a helping hand with her lovely smile and pleasant and friendly attitude. We always enjoyed seeing her around town and at the Imperial Theatre where she was a regular volunteer. She was such a kind and giving lady and will be missed. Our condolences to Dianne's family.

I was surprised and saddened to see Dianne’s obit. Dianne was my Home Ec teacher at Barnhill in the late 70’s. We became reacquainted 20 years ago through her tireless volunteer work at the Saint John Arts Centre, the Imperial Theatre and Saint John Sculpture. My deepest condolences to Dianne’s family. I will remember her cheerful spirit and her remarkable commitment to Saint John’s cultural organizations.

Kim and Family,
I am just reading now about your Mom’s passing. I am so sorry. Although I attended St Rose, we would go across the yard to Barnhill for Home Ec lessons. I remember them so well and loved every class with her.
I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers and especially her.
Sincerely,
Mary Ann (Creamer) Ketchum

Please accept my sincere condolences on seeing the passing of Dianne.....I apologize that seeing this too late I did not get to the visitation but wanted you to know that my thoughts are with you during this time.....it just seemed like yesterday that Mansel had passed and now they are joined again in spirit. My association with the two of them goes way back and I have some good memories as do all of you and may those memories provide comfort during this time.

Kim & Cindy and Families, We were saddened to read about the passing of your mom. I had the pleasure of teaching with your mom at Barnhill during the early 1980s. She was always pleasant & encouraging to students, parents, and her colleagues. I remember your mom and Marilyn Upton organizing many special events for the students in their Home Economics Classes. Outside of school, my family and I would often have brief conversations with her while she was greeting visitors at the Imperial Theatre. Leo,Summer,Lyla Coyle

So Sad. I lost a good friend. Although she was a very private person she was always willing to share and comfort others. We always chatted about our animals that helped us at our time of loss. Now it seems so difficult to believe she is gone. We will miss her so much at the Imperial. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Blessings
