Obituary of Tina Marie Laskey

With heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Tina Marie Laskey, wife of the late Gordon Laskey, at home on Christmas Day. She was born in Ontario to her late father and her late mother, Rita Wilcox, on February 20, 1957.

Tina loved everyone and would give the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it. She loved dogs, especially her toy yorkie, Peppi; and adored her son, Clint Baker; and had a cherished relationship with her sister, Karen. She was a great mom who conquered her addiction to alcohol when Clint was 13, and was proud to be over 30 years sober.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424). In keeping with Tina’s wishes, there will not be any visitation or funeral service. For those who wish, remembrances to the Saint John SPCA would be appreciated by the family.
