To the family of Dorothy Joan Vaughan-O'Leary;
It is great sadness that I extend most sincere sympathy and heartfelt condolences on behalf of the executive and fellow members of the Saint John Vocational School Alumni. Joan has been such a large and active part of our organization for so many years and I've always enjoyed interacting with her, either in person or via phone, she was such a delight to talk with. I personally will miss her as will so many of our members who are grieving our loss.
Caring thoughts and Prayers for strength and comfort, as well as God's Grace to support you and keep memories of more Joyful times fresh in your minds, share them with one another, recall them and reminisce often as you traverse this most difficult path on the road of life.
Sincerely;
Louise Craine

Dear Jackie,
our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your mother, Joan. She was not just a stepmother to me but a remarkable wife to my dad, creating many cherished years together. Her warmth and love extended to being a wonderful Gramma to Kern. The memories of her visits to Halifax, Oakville, and the special times in Newfoundland are etched in our hearts.
As she embarks on a reunion with her beloved parents, brother John , Husband Bud, and grand daughter Josie, I can only imagine the joyous embrace. Until we meet again, Joan's spirit will live on in the beautiful memories we shared.
Sending love and strength during this difficult time.
Randall, Lyanne and Kern O’Leary
