Obituary of Russell Frank Miller

With heavy hearts, the family of Russell Miller announce his passing on Monday, January 22, 2024, following his battle with cancer. Born in Saint John on October 25, 1938, he was a son of the late Francis and Cathleen (Russell) Miller.

Russell is survived by his son, Dwayne; grandchildren, Joseph Miller and Kaila Miller; several great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Joyce Miller; nephews, Brian Miller (Kelly) and Ryan Miller (Alexa); nieces: Karen Tracy (Scott), Danielle Savoy (Shauna), Donna Fairweather (Jamie), and Fallon Johnson (Mitch).

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen Miller, and his brothers, Thomas and Donald.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424), where visitation will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024, from 11 am to 2 pm, with the funeral service beginning at 2 pm in Brenan’s Chapel. Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. For those who wish, remembrances to Charlotte County Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
