Obituary of Elizabeth May Barton

Sadly, the children, Paul (wife Ann), Susan (husband Bill) Allison and John, announce the passing of their much-loved mother, Elizabeth Barton. 

Predeceased by her husband Robert (Bob), Betty enjoyed a life of family and friendships and a lifetime of enjoyable summers at the camp, on the river in Ketepec. Very much a lady, she was known for her great sense of humor and wit. Betty was in her 101st year. 

For the past few years Betty resided in the Church Home of St John and St Stephen, where she received exceptional care and love. For that we are so appreciative. Any donations, in her memory, may be made to the Church Home with many thanks. 

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424). A Funeral Service will be held from Grace Presbyterian Church (101 Coburg Street) on Friday, July 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM with a reception to follow. Visitation will take place at the Church on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM.
