Obituary of Dr. Wayne Michael Hare
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Dr. Wayne Hare of Saint John, New Brunswick, who left us peacefully on August 10th at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
Wayne was a devoted husband to Judy and father to his two sons, Jamie (Marlise) and David (Michelle). He was also a proud and loving grandfather to five grandchildren: Alex, Gabriel, Penelope, Simon and Rupert. Wayne cherished the time spent with his family, creating countless memories that will be treasured forever.
Wayne dedicated his life to education. He served as Guidance Counsellor at Millidgeville North High School and later Principal.
Wayne was predeceased by his parents, Irene and Roy Hare and his brother, Gerry.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan's Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
