My condolences to all the family. Mary was always so gracious but also a tower of strength. Mary and Tom were a model to all of us.

Dear Kate, Rachel, Chip, Peter & Jonathan (and families), Thoughts and prayers are with you. Many wonderful memories come to mind. Your Mother was a gracious lady whose life shone forth the love of Christ to those who knew her and to the many, many people from all walks of life to whom both your Dad & Mom ministered. Only God knows the number of lives that were touched through their ministry and their warm hospitality. I will be forever grateful for their love, fellowship and friendship. Mary's life was a life well-lived and I counted it a privilege to call her my friend and sister in Christ. May wonderful memories comfort you and all the family in the days ahead. Such a lovely photo of your beautiful Mother who is now "absent from the body and present with the Lord".

A woman of grace, faith and love, it was a privilege to be hosted in her home when I served as youth group leader in the early 1970's and later work with her as a board member in the Essentials movement and its successors. Knowing Mary has been a delight and an inspiration.
