Condolences to the MacKenzie family on the passing of Reg MacKenzie. Reg was one of my professors at UNB. He was a great teacher, mentor, leader and member of our church. I still recall his stories of teaching marksmanship at the Sussex range to new recruits. Reg will be remembered and missed. Scott

Reg was the first professor I met at UNB Saint John and I was the first student he met. I took many courses from him over the next four years and although I didn't end up in an accounting job I use much of what he taught me to this day. He was a great prof and a onderful mentor to me during my degree. I loved running into him over the years. He was a great man, teacher and friend.

To the Family of Reg MacKenzie: My name is Kathy Wills and I worked with The NB Institute of Chartered Accountants for 35 years. During that time I had many conversations with Mr.MacKenzie and worked with him on various committees and the governing Council. He was always pleasant to me and I very much liked his personality. I remember running into him here and there throughout the years and he always would stop and chat for a minute. Please know I am thinking of those he left behind while you all work your way through this difficult time.

Jeanne, Carolyn and Neil, Reg was a one of a kind, kind of guy! He displayed such a zest for living, and there was always a gleam of a chuckle in his eyes. Being in his presence, was a blessing of happiness. His ways were gentle and kind, humble and unassuming and in that quiet manner he made a difference for good along his life's highway. I count it a privilege to have been his friend. Jeanne, you two were a duo of commitment to each other, your family and all you both attended to....such a loving example of faith at work. I am so thankful we had a brief visit earlier this year. We shared love and laughter...I cherish that encounter. May God guide and bless each of you as you travel this part of your journey together. God Bless. My sincere sympathy. Love..Ruth

We were sorry to learn of your Dad's passing. We are so glad we got to have a little visit in the Lobby at the Regional not too long ago. Still the same wide smile, quick wit and great sense of humour. He will be missed by many but certainly his legacy in will live on at UNB with the many lives - both students and colleagues - that he touched over the years.
