Marilyn, my heart goes out to you and to Daryl. As Ednas great niece (Richards sister), I wish I had been able to know Edna as,indeed, my great aunt. I know that Edna lived a good live and in her later years, I know that it was you and Daryl that provides A Edna w/ both comfort and love. A Edna was blessed as were you and Daryl. I know she will be missed deeply. Sincere and heartfelt prayers and thoughts are sent your way. Sandra (Briggs/McAlary) & Bill Lacer

Our sympathies to the family on the death of Edna. My parents (Helen & Burt Oldfield) were very good friends of Edna & her husband George. Burt and George played lots of softball together in their younger years both in the North End and on the Kingston Peninsula. Then in their retirement years they did a lot of day trips together and got together for meals. They enjoyed each others company very much. My parents also lived on the peninsula. Lots of good memories. RIP Edna
