John and family: Just a note to extend my sympathy on the passing of your Dad. I received my embalmer's license in 1965 and on the Secretary-Treasurer line it is signed J. Ralph Andrews. We would visit on occasion while he was at Brenan's and then later in lodge. He told me the one thing that floor work in lodge and conducting funerals had in common..."try not to bump into someone you are working with" Always the gentleman in my opinion.

Ralph was a wonderful man, excellent teacher of the craft and one who you could turn to for education. He will always be remember for my fond memories of him within the craft and the impression he left on me. I remember when I was home two years ago and was able to visit him at his home and we spoke of old times spent together. I wish you and Linda the best knowing you had wonderful times with Ralph and you will look back on these times forever.

John, Very sorry to read of your father's death. I certainly remember his many kindnesses when I started in the funeral business in 1964. I never hear of St. Mary's Band that I don't picture him on the back of a flat-bed truck playing. Sincerely, Hughie

So sorry to hear Ralph had passed. My husband knew him better than I, being in the Masonic Fraternity. Remembering his wife Olive too who was a lovely lady. Ralph was a fine upstanding man and I wish to convey my deepest condolences to his family. May he R.I.P.
