Ralph & Merle Mohammed ( AC) posted a condolence
Dear Sarah Today we read an email of your moms passing ,our dear friend and colleague at Air Canada. Needless to say it caught us by surprise. Words cannot express how we feel at this time. Losing a member of the Air Canada family is like losing one of our own. We know this is a difficult time for you and the rest of your family and we want you to know that we share in your grief. Please accept our deepest condolences. Although we havent seen Gisèle in a while ( we were told she was in Halifax in December for your wedding) she was always part of our conversation. We shared many happy times throughout our career both in the reservations office and at the airport. I can still hear her infectious laugh at the checkin counter or the departure gate. Since we were on the same team, she was our saviour when French was required. She was always there when needed even when she had other duties to perform. Death is so final. No turning back the clock. However she will always be a part of us as we move forward. May you be comforted by the outpouring of love surrounding you. Gone but will never be forgotten With much love Ralph & Merle

My Aunt Gisele's infectious laugh, her enthusiastic re-telling of past events, and her oh soooo good cookies - I miss them already. I will always remember my Aunt Gisele for her generosity and how she made me feel. As a quiet and reserved kid, she introduced me to live theater. Recently, I got to share with her how much theater continues to feed my soul 30+ years on. As a youngster coming home with a fish-tank filled with fish, to inviting firefighters into my university apartment for dinner after we set-off the buildings fire alarm, my Aunt Gisele could be unpredictable and was always up for a laugh. Selfish yes, but you left us too soon Aunt Gisele. To borrow a quote from Carol Burnett "I'm glad we had this time together". Find peace, and keep smiling and laughing wherever you are. Denis A.

Dear Sarah and family. My heart is broken to learn of your Mom's passing. She called me on the 4th of Jan. But there was no msg. I called back days later and left a message. But she had passed by then. My husband, Kenny is heartbroken too as we used to take her to church and lunch when she lived here in Dartmouth. And she would do Kenny's shirt alterations for him. We both loved her dearly. She was certainly a loving and caring beautiful soul. Sincere sympathy, love and prayers. WE ARE SOOOO SAD!
