I knew mom (Mary Burke) uncle Roy growing up when he and aunt Loretta lived on the Brown Road . Uncle Roy was always good to us growing up . I will always remember all the movies him and aunt Loretta brought me to in Neguac and the Chatham Head school. Condolences to family and friends at this difficult time . Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers . RIP uncle Roy

Sending Sincere condolences to all of Mr. Russel!'s family. I remember he and his wife as I was growing up in Chatham Head and they used to run the movies in the school basement. What a great that was for all of us . Hugs and prayers. Diana

It is with sadness that I learn of Roy's passing. I remember he and Loretta from when I was about 10 years old. They used to show movies at the old Hall in Douglastown...I even remember the last movie I saw that they played. "Old Yeller" In later years I drove Roy in my Cab from his home on the Brown Rd in Chatham Head. He is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior. To the Family, plse take comfort that Heaven has gained another Angel and hold your precious memories of Roy close to your heart. They never really leave us, only for awhile until we meet again. God Bless You all in the days ahead. God Bless. Terry D. Jones
