My heart is broken, yours must be devastated. She was such a light in our lives she brought joy just by being around. She was loving and kind and gentle and she really cared about people. This showed in every single she did. She will be greatly missed even though we know she has gone to join her beloved husband. Rest in peace, June. You will not be forgotten!

Many fond and special memories flood my heart and my mind when I think of this wonderful colleague and friend. I had the honour of working the "night shift" with June and as a result shared many great conversations & laughs. A kind, compassionate, dedicated, fun - loving example she provided to many of our youth in care. Prayers for peace and comfort to the family as you work through your loss.

Sharon and Stephen So shocked to read of June's passing. She was a lovely and perky woman. I wish I could be at the service on Monday but I am in Brazil till Thursday. I knew of her eye problems from her loval helper, Chris, who thought the world of her. My sincere sympathy

I knew June as a classmate at Fairville Superior and Barnhill schools. We also attended St. Marks church. I remember her as a pleasant person and good company. I was very impressed with her obituary and the description of her many accomplishments and community service.

We are so sorry for your great loss. In reading about June it is clear that she lived a full of abundance. Wow, she did so much, and the fact that she retired just four years ago tells us that she absolutely loved her work. Sorry we cannot share in the celebration of her life. I did not know her well, having met her just a few times I remember her as being a beautiful and very friendly woman. Take care of each other. Kathleen and Fred

Sharon, Steven and family, I was saddened to hear of your mom's passing. She loved you all so very much and was bursting with pride when she would speak of you. Mrs. Murphy was one of my "favourite" adult friends, always kind, bubbly, and genuinely interested in what I had to say. She had the ability to make a person feel that they were the only one in the room and had the quality of making one feel great about themselves. I know the closeness you shared and the great loss you will experience. I also know that you have many fond memories that will hopefully provide you with some solice as you grieve her loss. Those memories will eventually bring light to your days. As I think of the celebration you are having today in your mother's honour, I know she will be smiling upon you and singing along with you sippiog her cocktail as she reunites with her friends and family. Your mother was blessed to have such wonderful children who were also her friends and you blessed to have the mother and friend that you had in her. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. With deepest sympathy, Jennifer
