If ever there was a magnet for people, it had to be Marvin! Between those laughing eyes and his gracious ways, you just couldn't help but be drawn in. Not many people could pull off that level of boyish charm into their 80s and 90s. I have no doubt that his memory will be making a lot of hearts smile for a very long time.

Marvin was such a ray of sunshine. Always had a great big smile on his face.
It was an honour to know him, and care for him. Ridgewood won’t be the same without him. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
Hope you’re shaking you hips and handing out chocolate bars in heaven.
Sending love and my deepest condolences to his family.
Rest easy Marvin!!

Marvin Halpin was a wonderful man, he was such a pleasure to care for. Always a smile and a chocolate bar to away. I loved when you could get him to do a little shake of the hips or a wave of his hands. He will be missed by so many, he was truly a delight at RVW.
