My condolences and sympathy go out to Helen and her family during this time of great loss. May the knowledge that our Savior blazed the pathway home to Heavenly Father when he said "In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you" [John 14:2}, bring you some comfort knowing that Louie is waiting in his mansion for us to join him.

Brother Louis was very dear to us and all who were fortunate enough to know him. His beautiful music and harmony will forever be in our hearts. He was so kind, generous and loved by so many of us. We will think of you every time a guitar is strummed. Gone but never forgotten. Until we meet again Lou. Love you brother. Anita, Albert and family.

Such a difficult time to bear, such an unwanted event. I always admired my Godfather, "Uncle" Louis, as he reminded me so much of my own late father. To me, he was a soft spoken, generous man, who carried himself proud. Always, always greeted me with a smile and nod. He always made me feel at ease, in his presence. He and dad played guitar identically, same picking styles, same songs, same whimsy. Recently, I saw him at the drugstore and after telling him of losing my job, he walked past me and shoved a 20 dollar bill in my pocket. He insisted that I take it, I tried to give it back, but he would have none of it. That's the kind of man he was. To all of my cousins and extended family, especially Helen, my dear Godmother, my heart is very heavy and pained. All my love,
Aaron.

Dad, you have been my rock all of my life. How will we ever go on without you. It still doesn't seem real that you are gone. Your laughter will forever ring in my ears and the music that you taught me to play will stay with me forever.
I love you dad. I know you are with the Father now and what a glorious place you are in. May you look down upon us from time to time to check in on us. I know you are playing your guitar with all of your family and friends that are there with you and the party will go on and on. There is no night there only days, enjoy until we see each other again.
