Dear Linda, Stephen, and Family,
Please accept my heartfelt sympathies upon your recent loss of Valorie. I remember as a child when she would often come over to Mom and Dads to visit. As I recall she always presented herself with a can-do attitude and never complained about life's woes. While your family mourns the loss of Valorie I hope you take comfort in knowing her approach to life didn't go unnoticed. She is a testament to what it means to persevere through life's challenges and take joy in the simple things. Rest in Peace Valorie.

We are very sad to hear the news of Valorie’s passing.
She was an amazing individual. We always admired her cheerfulness no matter what was happening in her life and her kindness to others. Valories passing is a great loss to so many people, but truly Heaven’s gain.

Susan and I send our sympathies to you sisters on the passing of Valorie, especially at this difficult time when we cannot do the things that traditionally have been part of our grieving process. When I think of Valorie, my mind goes back to the days waiting for the school bus at the Cornfield place. Valorie always was jovial, ready for a laugh. May you know God's comfort during these days.

Linda and family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Valorie. She was a wonderful sister who appreciated everything you did for her. She always had a good sense of humour and almost a twinkle in her eye when she was being smart. I will always remember the time at your Dad’s funeral when she was wheeling her wheel chair down the ramp at the funeral home. The wheelchair kind of got away from her and she laughed so hard. It was a well needed comical relief at such a sad time. She was so proud of the things she made and the simplest things brought her great joy. She loved her weekend visits to your home and loved you all so much. I will always remember her beautiful smile! She is now at peace and has joined your Mom and dad. My deepest sympathy to you all.

Linda, Sharon, Judy and families,
On behalf of the faculty and staff of Acadia Divinity College, I extend the comfort of the Christian faith to you in the death of Valorie. I recall meeting her on several occasions and being impressed with her strength and grace.
We are grateful that Valorie was following the Lord Jesus, the One who said,"I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me though they die yet shall they live." John 11:25 You are remembered in prayer.
