To my sweet cousins and their families, sending you strength and love. I have many happy memories of visiting your home as a child - your Mum was so welcoming and always had a project on the go. Do you remember Missy, the beautiful table and chairs she painted for you to have tea parties on? She and your Dad always had the best nibbles when we would play cards or board games (and yummy bedtime snacks too!). In her quiet smiling way, she enjoyed life and never failed to giggle at your father's humour. I'll never forget how on one hot summer's day ( I was 7 or 8 ) your Dad had me convinced that it NEVER snows in Oromocto and your Mum turned to him with that grin and smacked him on the arm and said "Jimmy!" I can still hear her voice and the way she always spoke your Dad's name. She was a lovely gentle soul who will be very missed.
