Lillian was a wonderful neighbour to Phil and Ruth when they all lived on Birch Grove Terr. We very much enjoyed our chats with Lillian while visiting there.

Dear Charles, Cindy and Cathy:
It was a great honour and joy to live next door for so many years to your loving family. Your mother always had a way of making everyone feel welcome att any time we popped in to visit. Lilian was generöus with her time, her help, and her down to Earth goodness. It felt, often, that we were one family living in two houses.
Even though we are across the ocean, my family and I send our deepest condolences on your loss. Celine is old enough to remember Lillian's tickles and Lasse and I both have fond memories of conversations with her.
We wish you comfort and consolation in your grief and hope that we will one day all meet Lillian again in heaven (with Bill and Charles and Tiger too) to share our memories again.
Wishing you Love,
Judy Höglund and family.

My favorite memories of Aunt Lil, were the times our families gathered during the Christmas holidays and the letters she wrote. I loved the shortbread cookies she prepared (with Cindy's help too). Always so delicious. She was a fun person to converse with always very interested in what was happening in our lives.
Aunt Lil could write the most amazing and detailed letters! She wrote beautifully! The detailed letters kept me informed and up to date with everyone's lives. I treasure these and many more memories of Aunt Lil.
Love, Marion

Dear Cindy, Cathy & Chuck
We are so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. We have been good NCHA/FCRV camping friends with your parents for many years & I have surely missed seeing them at Campouts & hearing from your Mom via phone when they could no longer camp with us. Even after the Saint John & St Stephen Camping Clubs closed Lillian still kept me updated with news of all the former members & friends.
Sorry we are unable to be present to share in fellowship with your family for visitation or funeral service but we are thinking of all you with love & prayers that God will Bless all of Lillian's family with many fond memories of happier times to help ease the pain of sadness during these difficult days and give you comfort in the future as you continue on life's journey without your loved one.
Take comfort in knowing that your Mom & Dad are together again in their heavenly home watching over you - especially the precious grandchildren.
With sincere sympathy, love & prayers
Gordon, Mary & Karen Morton on behalf of all your Mom's Camping Friends.
PS Thanks Cindy for taking time during your difficult morning to call me, your kindness is very much appreciated.
