Ruth, my family Michelle, Jackson, and Maria are so sorry for your loss. My Dad and Mom also give their thoughts and prayers to you and your family during this incredibly difficult time. My son Jackson still talks about the time when he was trying to shovel the driveway for me and was having trouble and Larry came over to help him with his snowblower when you guys had just moved in. Larry I am sure has made impression on many people during his time, he did indeed make one on Jackson as since that day Jackson has always wanted to help anyone that we see struggle.

I am very sad to hear the news of Larry’s passing. Many of you knew him as Buck, but I knew him by his Scouter name “CHIL”. Larry was a very nice man. I met him in the last few years through Silver Falls Scouting, and always enjoyed speaking with him. He had lots of great stories, and always a big smile. I’ll miss seeing him around. My condolences to all of CHIL’s family and friends. May he rest peacefully.

It is with a sad heart to hear of the passing of Larry(Buck). I grew up with him and his family and later reunited with him sailing in the Navy. He was a great man and friend. I will always remember him walking on board in shorts and wool socks in a blizzard. My condolences to his family. You will be missed my friend. We have the watch.

RIP Buck you were a good ship mate and a standup guy although there are still some Officer's and Cox's ears that are burning after you explained to them how they were wrong. Larry (Buck) and good friend Tony at the Millennium Mardi Gras in New Orleans in 2000.

Ruth,
I only met Larry once in Riverview when you were getting ready to move to Saint John to start your lives together, and he struck me as a pleasant, gentle person. Many times you had mentioned the various projects he did at your house in Riverview.
His passing is much too early in his life.
My deepest condolences.
