I knew Frankie while growing up in Midland. Over the years, when I would see him, he was always smiling and never forgot my name. RIP Frankie.
To the Hansford Family, So sorry to hear about the passing of Frank, I meet him along time ago when I was staying with Christine and her husband Peter, Frank would come down for a visit on the weekends and we all have had great conversations and good quality fun when he came down. He will be missed a lot. RIP Frank.
