Jean and family, so sorry to hear of your husbands passing. Although I did not know him I remember my aunt Edna Sharp speaking so fondly of you and your husband when you would visit her at her apartment at Loch Lomond Villa. Reading his obit he certainly sounds like he was a remarkable man and will be missed by many. Here’s hoping all your beautiful family memories will help you through this very sad time. Take care, Dolores ( Lees) Goguen

Dear Andrea and Alan & Sandra, my condolences. I had the pleasure of meeting your Dad, even ventured to the camp by the lake in Hampstead(?) back in the mid 90s on Irving Propane business. He said there were many adventures out there, hold tight to the memories, and the twinkle in his eye. We have lost a great one in Norman, may he look down upon you all and smile!

The “Olive” boys were sad to hear of the passing of your Norman. He was a constant presence with our father Ralph Olive and Larry Bell at his fishing camp on the Miramichi River. They always called him “Storming Norman” and then laugh like crazy. He was always a sharp dresser!. Our condolences from David, Jamie and Peter.

Members of the Balls Lake Fishing Club send our deepest condolences to the Francis family.
Norm joined our club in 1973 and was a very active member serving camp manager 1977-1978, Vice President 1979-1980, President 1981-83, and served as a Director 1986. Norm always had a keen interest in the operations of the club and continued to attend the annual meetings for many years as a honorary member. Norn and his fishing buddies efforts proved to help evolve the club to the highly respected fishing club it is today. We thank him, appreciate him and will miss him.

My deepest sympathy to Mrs. Francis & Family on the passing of much loved husband Norman, over 50 years ago in my late teens I was employed by Scott Bros. ( Bayview Market ) located at 73 Pitt Street Saint John NB as a Grocery Clerk/Delivery Man. In that era , I delivered groceries to the Francis's Home in south end of Saint John on a weekly basis. Mrs. Francis was always a pleasant & gracious Lady. I also met Mr. Francis a few times as well and he was always friendly & courteous to me as well. May Mr. Francis rest in peace for a life well lived.

Mrs. Francis, Sandra, Andrea and family. I’m so sorry to learn that Mr. Francis has passed away and send my sincerest condolences to you all at this sad time. So many memories of family time spent together at Grassy Lake in winter travelling in by ski-doo and blazing through the trails, enjoying the pool at Ingleside in the summer and just being next door neighbours on Queen Street. Thoughts are with you all and trust the many happy memories comfort you in the days ahead.
