Dear Steve, Claire and Tanya. So very sorry to hear the sad news on Michael's passing. I have many fond memories of our times together in Lakewood as teenagers playing road hockey, curling at the Thistle and just hanging out together. Your Mom & Dad were always gracious hosts having us in the house. Keep the memories close my friends and Mike will always be with you. Steven,Sue and Issac; Sharon and I send our heart felt condolences at the passing of Michael. As you know Steve, you Michael and I had a lot of fun when Mike was at Riverside. I especially remember the longest drive in the fare way on 17. Then I was very fortunate and proud to be asked to be one of the team Michael entered in the Loundsbury Golf Tournament. He always made the outing no matter how we played Fun. To the Porter families: May God grant you the peace and understanding to help you through this trying time.

sad to hear the news but so grateful for the time I had with Mike. We had running bets on the Stanley Cup, World Series whatever sporting event was in front of us. He usually lost.
